cuz i know most the girls i dance with wear canves and my mom wanted to but my some leather ones since they last longer and i was like nooo... i didn%26#039;t try to follow the crowd it was like an influence.. so i dared to tand out with my cute leather slipps...





if u want to look cute get some satin slipps they have them for slipps and pointe...

I%26#039;m a mom of four and I was a devout vegan for a number of years but gave it up due to %26#039;peer pressure%26#039;. I%26#039;m looking to become one again and so I did a search here to see what%26#039;s up in the community.

Reply:You can always buy canvas. I was under the impression that that was mostly cotton and not leather. You don%26#039;t need to buy leather shoes. Then when you go en pointe you get satin shoes so you don%26#039;t need to worry about killing animals.

you could also get satin ballet flats.
Reply:Just get canvas ones. They don%26#039;t last as long as leather ones and always get holes in them and are constantly needing repair, but if you%26#039;re okay with that... They%26#039;re made from cotton and spandex and stuff so there were no animals harmed. You can get satin pointe shoes too, and that is really one of the only kinds of pointe shoes there are.
